AERODAM is a Netherlands-based flight support coordination company. We specialize in arranging aviation-related services through vetted third-party providers across Dutch airports. We are not a direct provider of ground handling, fuel, catering, or other airside services.

2. Company Registration

AERODAM is a legally registered company in the Netherlands. Our official KvK (Chamber of Commerce) registration number and VAT number are available upon request or upon entering a service agreement.
All operations are conducted in compliance with Dutch and European business regulations.

3. Data Collection & Use

We collect only the information required to deliver requested services and maintain operational contact with our clients. This includes but is not limited to:

Contact details (name, email, phone)
Flight operation data (aircraft type, routing, handling needs)
Billing and invoicing information (where applicable)

We do not share personal or operational data with any external party unless:

It is necessary to fulfill a requested service
It is required by law or aviation authority
The client has provided clear written consent

We do not sell or use data for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Providers

As a coordination company, AERODAM arranges services through trusted and verified third-party providers. These may include FBOs, ground handlers, fuel companies, catering vendors, transportation companies, and hotels. While we work only with professionals, AERODAM is not liable for the direct performance of third-party vendors. However, we always act on your behalf to ensure the highest possible service standards.

5. Data Security

All data is stored securely in accordance with GDPR standards. Access to client information is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all communication is encrypted when necessary.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request corrections or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time
File a complaint with a supervisory authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens – Netherlands)
